SWEET AND SOUR QUORN


QUORN CHICKEN STYLE PIECES (OR CHICKEN!)
1 MEDIUM SIZE ONION - CUT CHUNKY
10 MUSHROOMS CUT CHUNKY
1/2 ORANGE PEPPER - CHOPPED
HANDFUL OF PETIT POIS
HANDFUL OF FRESH PINEAPPLE
CAN OF DIET ORANGE/FANTA
1 TIN CHOPPED TOMATOES (OR PASSATA)
2 CLOVES GARLIC
PINCH OF SALT
PINCH OF MIXED SPICE (OPTIONAL)
PINCH OF GINGER

COOK QUORN / CHICKEN, ONION, MUSHROOMS, PEAS AND PEPPER IN FRYLIGHT GENTLY. ONCE COOKED ADD CAN OF DIET ORANGE (DIET LILT WOULD PROBABLY WORK WELL TOO), ADD THE TOMATOES, FRESH PINEAPPLE, CRUSHED GARLIC AND THE SALT, MIXED SPICE AND GINGER. COOK ON HIGH FOR ABOUT 10-15 MINS AND REMOVE FROM HEAT AS SOON AS THE SAUCE THICKENS. I ALSO CUT SOME FRESH PINEAPPLE AND ADDED THAT AFTER THE SAUCE WAS COOKED SO IT DIDN'T COOK AND ADD SYNS. YUM YUM YUM.
